NEW HOME SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Taylor Lindsey have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our new homes sales team, dealing with the marketing of our residential developments and the administration of property sales.

Working alongside the company’s New Homes Sales Manager, the role will include liaising with office and site based sales and construction colleagues; updating marketing material including Rightmove and the company’s website; liaising with purchasers, solicitors and other professionals; dealing with utility suppliers; preparing documents, updating records and schedules; handling correspondence; keeping accurate records; and handling new enquiries.

Experience in residential property sales or management is desirable. Good IT, communication and numeracy skills are essential as is a confident telephone manner.

The successful applicant will deal primarily with new homes sales but will also be involved in other aspects of the business and will provide administration and secretarial support to colleagues as required.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
